GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking certified MBE, WBE, and SDVOB subcontractors and suppliers for the following DASNY project: Project Name: New York City College of Technology - Pearl Building Bathroom Renovations and Associated Asbestos Abatement Project No.: DASNY# 3788609999 – C660 General Construction Project Address: 259 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 The project consists of the renovation of the bathrooms and service closets on Floors 4 and 5. Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition Installation of new walls, floors, doors, ceilings, lighting, plumbing equipment, plumbing fixtures, and bathroom accessories Relocation of existing fire alarm devices for reuse where possible and installation of new devices Installation of new radiator covers and sills Modification of existing HVAC systems to accommodate the expanded bathrooms Installation of new concealed sprinkler heads Asbestos abatement work prior to new installations Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
