The design/build shall include the completion of every detail of the work described, including necessary preliminary field surveys and code reviews. Pertinent data collected during the as-found conditions survey shall be incorporated into the final design documents. The Professional Design/Build Firm shall provide all information requested in the Contract and identify all the Project components to be designed.
