    • Virtual Bid Opening

      Bidders shall submit their Bids through the Airport e-procurement portal found at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/sfoconstruction Bids must be received by the Airport by 2:00PM Pacific Time on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Completed Bids and required documents must be uploaded in Portable Document Format (PDF). Bids received after the Bid opening time will not be considered. All details for the preparation of Bids are set forth in Document 00 21 13 (Instructions to Bidders).

      Bidders shall transmit their original Bid Forms (Document 00 41 00) and original Bid securities by U.S. Mail in a sealed envelope addressed to Brian Davidson, Contract Administrator, San Francisco International Airport, P.O.       The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall be returned, together with the Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Certificate(s) of Insurance to PCS, D&C (ATTN: Brian Davidson) so that it is received within 14 working days after the bidder has received the contract for execution. Failure to do so shall be just cause for forfeiture of the proposal guaranty.
