    The County of Sacramento Department of Homeless Services and Housing (DHSH) is seeking proposals from qualified providers to manage and operate a comprehensive, year-round homeless services campus. This facility will function 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will include emergency shelter accommodations, integrated support services, sanitation facilities, and operate a designated weather respite program during periods of inclement weather.
