    CapMetro owns a 25-acre undeveloped property located at 10805 Cameron Road, Austin, Texas 78754, which is the site for the future North Base Demand Response transit vehicle operations and maintenance facility and warehouse. The project is divided into construction Phase 1 and Phase 2. RFP 812936 is for Phase 2 work only. Phase 1 of the Project is awarded as a separate contract and included construction of the proposed offsite roadway and utility improvements within Travis County Right of Way (ROW), onsite rough-cuts, soils haul off, and construction of the proposed detention pond outflow structure.Phase 2 of the project scope includes construction of remaining onsite improvements, paving, detention pond, utilities, stormwater infrastructure, and construction of four buildings. The selected contractor for Phase 2 of the project will be required to jointly coordinate site logistics, deliveries, waste hauling, use of entrances, parking, utility shutdowns, etc., with the Phase 1 Contractor, as directed by CapMetro.
