    The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 4 intends to purchase Pre-Transfer Mitigation Credits for Wetlands, Other Waters of the U.S. and State, California red-legged frog (CRLF), and Myrtle silverspot butterfly (MSB) within the Gualala¿Salmon HUC-8 Sub- Basin.
