The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Bidders to complete construction of the North Beach Reverse Osmosis (RO) Concentrate Pipeline and Marine Outfall located at 415 Nineteenth Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084 in St. Johns County. Commercial diving services are required for this Project, the Bidder or its subcontractor shall employ commercial divers who are trained and qualified in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subpart T (Commercial Diving Operations). The County is in the process of obtaining the following permits: Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Industrial wastewater for Discharge to Surface Water, U.S. Army Corp of Engineer Permit, and a FDEP Environmental Resource Permit/Exemption. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for obtaining and providing the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Construction Generic Permit (CGP) and any additional permit(s) that may be necessary to complete the Project.
