Vendors who object must provide sufficient bases to support its written objection. Any written objections received as a result of this Notice of and Request for Exemption will place the Exemption request on hold, and the procurement officer will review the objection and provide a written determination to the person submitting the objection. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.
