Notice of protest shall be made as required by law within 72 hours of the posting of this decision. Questions to the Official Contact Person shall not constitute formal notice. Failure to timely file a protest or failure to file the required bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
