    The City is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from non-profit 501(c)3 organizations who can provide eligible public services, fair housing, a job training program, a senior home repair program, and a senior mobile home repair program that are in alignment with the City’s 5-year Consolidated Plan. For FY 2026-2027, the City is anticipating receiving approximately $1,200,000 in CDBG funds (federal award number B-26-MC-06-0035) to support CDBG eligible activities. Eligible activities for CDBG funding must meet one of the following national objectives: 1) principally benefit low- and moderate-income persons, 2) eliminate slums and blight, or 3) meet an urgent need. All interested applicants are encouraged to apply.
