NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT The Township of Randolph (“Township”) intends to participate in the Houston-Galveston Area Council (“H-GAC”) Cooperative Purchasing Program to purchase a Fire Service Apparatus. The FS12-23 Fire Apparatus and Related Vehicles contract was awarded by the H-GAC. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township’s Purchasing Office during regular business hours, as well as on the H-GAC website: www.hgacbuy.org (more specifically http://hgacbuy.org then search for FS12-23 under the Products & Services tab). The Township joined the H-GAC Cooperative Purchasing Program on March 2, 2017. The Township’s initial contract term with H-GAC ran from March 2, 2017 through December 31, 2017, with automatic annual renewals. It is the intent of the Township to make the contract award to Fire & Safety Services Ltd. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the H-GAC request for sealed bids. The term of the contract between H-GAC and Fire & Safety Services Ltd. is December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2027. The Township is authorized to award this contract under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comments should be sent to Liz Crescibene, Purchasing Agent, at lcrescibene@randolphnj.org.
