NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE MINXRAY, INC.

Description of Intended Products or Services Provided:

MinXray is a well established provider of portable X-ray generators. The Enduras Wireless is a complete veterinary digital radiography system that will allow the DAS veterinarian(s) ease of use and portability that will allow Domestic Animal Services ("DAS") to best serve Collier County and the animals placed in its care. MinXray also offers warranty on the digital detector, laptop computer, and TR90B X-ray generator. The cloud solution offered for an annual fee also allows safe-keeping of all imagining that will not require the County to purchase an additional cloud storage system to support any portable X-ray imaging.

DAS seeks to purchase the Enduras*Wireless/ TR90B Portable Digital Radiography System - including all components. DAS also seeks to purchase continued online support/image cloud software storage, maintenance/repairs of the system, and any required replacement parts.

Background

Collier County's Domestic Animal Services operations are robust and committed to ensuring the best quality care is provided to the animals in DAS custody. A portable X-Ray machine will allow DAS to better serve the animals in the care in an efficient manner, both in the field and at the main DAS location. This purchase will also reduce the need to outsource imaging requirements.
