All materials must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. TITLE: Aeronautical Signage Equipment and Spare Parts for John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, New York Stewart International, and Teterboro Airports – Five-Year Requirements Contract BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the vast array of reflective and LED signs and parts in use at the airports and intended for this contract. All materials must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. TITLE: Refurbishment of Aeronautical In-Pavement Lighting Equipment at John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, New York Stewart International, and Teterboro Airports – Five-Year Requirements Contract BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the vast array of runway and taxiway in-pavement lighting fixtures in use at the airports and intended for this contract. All materials must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. TITLE: Maintenance of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring Systems (ALCMS) at John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, New York Stewart International, and Teterboro Airports – Five-Year Service Contract BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the ALCMS in use at the airports and intended for this contract. Services include system maintenance, airport staff training and online support, and must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit an email with a brief statement of their intent to compete. The statement and any other questions regarding this sole source should be directed to the Buyer, john.santiago@panynj.gov no later than March 13, 2026 by 11:00 AM. The Port Authority does not guarantee that firms responding to this notice will be rendered a request to tender an offer for this procurement. In addition, the Port Authority does not guarantee that any solicitation will occur for this procurement but reserves the right to solicit proposals.
