Delivery shall be made F.O.B. to Brown County. Envelopes containing bids shall be addressed and delivered to the Brown County Auditor, 25 Market Street, Aberdeen, SD 57401. Bids are to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Bid on 4 x 4 Truck for Weed & Pest" to be opened on June 23, 2026. Price and quality are the determining factors in awarding contracts. In determining the successful bidder, the lowest or most advantageous price upon grade, quality, or quantity and general conditions specified, shall be the determining factors. The Brown County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids which they deem to be in the best interest of Brown County. Brown County is exempt from all Federal Excise Tax and State Sales Tax. Specifications are on file in the Brown County Auditor's Office, and the Brown County Weed & Pest Department, and may be obtained at no charge.
