Notice to Bidders-Columbian Park Neighborhood Ramp Project

The City of Lafayette, Indiana is inviting sealed proposals for the construction of the COLUMBIAN PARK NEIGHBORHOOD RAMP PROJECT. This project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing concrete for the installation of ADA ramps in the Columbian Park Neighborhood, located between Douglas Street and Scott Street, and Main Street and South Street. Additional miscellaneous work related to the project area is also included.

• Bids must be received by the City Clerk's office by 9:00 a.m. on the due date.
• Only properly executed bids on Form No. 96, along with required financial statements and deposits, will be considered.
• The awarded contractor must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond.
• No changes to bids will be accepted after submission.
• The city encourages the participation of MBE/WBE/VBE or Section 3 business enterprises.
