Notice to Sole Source-Community Center Retractable Walls

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Parks & Recreation Department intends to sole source Community Center Retractable Walls. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
