State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement UnitThe purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provideBulk Order Purchasing of Frozen and Cooler Food Products.This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: - Vendors must meet all Mandatory Minimum Requirements to proceed to the Technical Evaluation. - Vendors must score at least 455 of the 700 available points (65%) in the Technical Evaluation to proceed to the Cost Evaluation. - Vendors who receive a total of at least 650 of the available 1000 total points (technical + cost) will be awarded a contract.Length of Contract: 5 years. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for Three (3) months. Administrative Fee: 0.75% (three fourths of one percent).
