    New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development (the “Corporation” or “ESD”) invites qualified firms to submit Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Independent Evaluation Consulting Services related to ESD’s New York Ventures (NY Ventures) programs. The NY Ventures Impact Evaluation Study seeks qualified research and program evaluation firms to conduct a detailed study on the impact of NY Ventures programs. The research should not only focus on direct financial metrics but also on the catalytic effects on the NYS innovation ecosystem, advancing State innovation priorities, program management, and future program development.
