The Contractor, through their own work and/or the use of qualified subcontractors must provide full service coverage for Trade in the following locations, having a physical office is preferred, but one office can cover multiple countries or regions if needed: Africa, ASEAN, Canada, the Caribbean, China, Europe, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, the Middle East, Oceania, Singapore, South America, South Korea, and Taiwan.
