    This Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco’s Office of Contract Administration (“OCA” or “City”). OCA, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals (“Proposal”) for the placement of advertisements by City in “Official Newspapers” that circulate primarily in San Francisco Communities.
