As such, any paper that prints one or more times per month is eligible. For the purpose of this Solicitation, “Neighborhood” means targeted San Francisco Neighborhoods such as, but not limited to: A. Bayview/Hunters Point B. Chinatown, Mission C. South of Market D. Tenderloin E. Visitacion Valley F.
