    The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) is requesting proposals from qualified occupational health providers and/or drug testing collection facilities to provide occupational medical services for CCRTA’s employees on an as needed basis under a three-year contract. Staples St., Corpus Christi, TX 78401 County: Nueces Other Details: CCRTA maintains a comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in compliance with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including 49 CFR Part 40 and 49 CFR Part 655. All employees are required participate in a monthly random drug and alcohol testing program. In addition, testing is conducted for pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up purposes, as required by applicable regulations.The Contractor will provide occupational medical services, drug and alcohol testing service, and DOT and Non-DOT physical examination services in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and CCRTA requirements. At a minimum, services must comply with the following:• Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations• Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (49 CFR Part 40 and Part 655)• American with Disabilities Act (ADA)• State Workers’ Compensation laws• Applicable federal, state, and local laws• CCRTA policies and procedures
