    The Township of Winslow is seeking sealed proposals for “Odor Control Device for Hampton Place Sanitary Sewer” for the Township of Winslow.  All proposals are to be returned via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. All proposals are due on or before Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 10:00 am at which time they will be opened via OpenGov.  The Township Committee or the Purchasing Agent will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposal.  The Township may perform whatever investigation it deems necessary to determine a potential contractor’s qualifications and ability to perform the services under this Request for Proposal.  This contract shall be awarded based on price and other factors, including experience and response time. This contract is being issued pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

      The Township of Winslow, NJ is seeking to procure Odor Control Manhole Scrubbers for the Hampton Place Sanitary Sewer System. The scope of work includes providing odor control mist eliminators for four (4) existing sanitary sewer manholes.  The specified model is a Wager 3000  mist eliminator and a 50lb cannister. Additionally, a 316 stainless steel custom ring is required for the specified size ring and manhole covers. Equivalent products that meet or exceed the specified requirements will also be considered.
