    Description

    Project Work: The Project consists of renovation and structural upgrades to the existing metal building located at 1375 Hoyt Ave. Lakeport, CA 95453. Work to include: A. Removal, disposal, of all demolition debris. B. Addition of plywood sheathing at specified locations to create structural sheer walls. C. Installation of structural cross braces to connect girders at specified locations. D. Bathroom upgrades needed for public accessibility E. Breakroom upgrades and interior finishes needed for operation of the facility. With the exception of County Supplied VFR HVAC system components. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the following work in strict accordance with all the Contract Documents. Contractor is responsible for coordinating ordering materials, receive and unload all materials at site, safely stage and loading all materials to roof. Permits: The Contractor is to obtain required building permit(s) but the County will pay the issuing agency directly for the cost of said permit(s). The Contractor shall work directly with the County, or their designated contractors, to coordinate elevation of cable trays, relocation of equipment as needed, and the temporary powering-down of equipment where necessary. Work and material not specifically listed in the proposal but required in the Plans, Specifications, and general construction practice, shall be included in the bid price. No separate payment will be made for these incidental items. On-site Work Hours: Unless otherwise indicated, all work must be performed between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday and on weekends.
