    The State University of New York ("SUNY") through and on behalf of Stony Brook University is seeking offers from qualified Landlords interested in entering into an initial 3 year lease agreement, with annual renewal option to expand or reduce the number of spaces after year three and holdover provision for a minimum of 10 units to accomodate up to sixty (60) students. At least one of the units must be a two bedroom unit, 12 month master lease, turnover to Stony Brook University in July 2027, with residents occupying spaces in August 2027. Location Distance shall be within a 12 mile radius of Stony Brook University, located at 100 Nicolls Road, Stony Brook, NY 11794. Multiple lease agreements may be executed to fulfull Stony Brook University's needs. Please refer to the Request for Information Document attached to this advertisement, which outlines Stony Brook University's space requirements and the supporting detail which must be included with the Landlord's submission. Important Dates: Proposals are due no later than June 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. The Lobbying Law imposes certain restrictions on communicatins between an offeror and the State during the procurement process. An offeror is restricted from contacting anyone other than the designated staff (Assistant Director of Administrative Services, Mary H La Corte; Contract Officer, Christopher Henn) from the date of the issuance of this request notification through final award and approval of any resulting lease agreement(s) by the Office of the New York State Comptroller.
