Please refer to the Request for Information Document attached to this advertisement, which outlines Stony Brook University's space requirements and the supporting detail which must be included with the Landlord's submission. Important Dates: Proposals are due no later than June 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. The Lobbying Law imposes certain restrictions on communicatins between an offeror and the State during the procurement process. An offeror is restricted from contacting anyone other than the designated staff (Assistant Director of Administrative Services, Mary H La Corte; Contract Officer, Christopher Henn) from the date of the issuance of this request notification through final award and approval of any resulting lease agreement(s) by the Office of the New York State Comptroller.
