This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Brooks Act (40 U.S.C. Chapter 11) and FTA requirements (49 U.S.C. §5325(b)). Selection will be based on qualifications only — price will not be considered as an evaluation factor.
Statements of Qualifications are due via Beacon no later than May 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. All questions must be submitted in writing through Beacon no later than May 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
