    The City of Ontario is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Services. This contract will be procured in accordance with Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) requirements.Please refer to 'Exhibit "A", Proposed Scope of Services' within the RFP for further information. Pre-Bid Meeting Information: No Online Q&A: Yes Location Information: Department: Purchasing Address: 303 East B StreetOntario, California91764 County: San Bernardino Other Details: The bidder shall submit an electronic copy of their technical proposal as a pdf in the "Response File" field , an electronic copy of their fee proposal as PDF in the "Cost File" field of the "Attachments" Tab. (***The Cost File is MANDATORY and the Bid Management System will not accept your submission unless a "Cost File" attachment is uploaded.***). One (1) Executed Original and Three (3) Copies of the Technical Proposal and One (1) Copy of the Fee Proposal must also be submitted by the electronic submission deadline. The hard copies must be submitted to the Records Management Department, 303 E. “B” Street, Ontario, CA 91764. Notes: The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the bidder to successfully submit an electronic bid shall be at the bidder’s sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids.
