    The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for On-Call Emergency and Urgent Water and Sewer Repair & Replacement Services. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 pm on Monday, February 9, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.

    Project work includes, but not be limited to, repairs and/or replacements of water mains, sewer mains, house connections, valves, manholes, and lamp holes throughout Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. All work performed must meet with current WSSC General Conditions and Standard specifications for Construction and Standard Details. Work must include, but not be limited to, mobilizing, clearing and grubbing, sediment and erosion control, building access roads, excavating, obtaining material, backfilling, providing temporary restoration services, installing stream stabilizations, debris removal, and pipe/asset protection. Work sites may consist of arterial and state roads, non-arterial county roads, non-paved areas and outfalls, the Contractor(s) will be required to provide traffic control services.
