    Description

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified Hazardous Waste Emergency Responders to provide On-Call Emergency Response Collection, Cleanup and Disposal of Hazardous Materials. Illegal dumping is a significant problem in the unincorporated areas of Yolo County. While the Yolo County Community Services Department, Division of Integrated Waste Management (DIWM), does administer roadside collection of illegally dumped bulky items, municipal solid waste and universal waste that has not contaminated the roadside, these collection programs do not address the immediate health threats associated with other hazardous waste left along the roadside.

Amendment 1(5-4-2026): Exhibit E- Cost Proposal Form has been updated in section "Equipment" to include list of Additional Emergency Response Vehicles and hourly rate pricing.
