The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of up to two (2) qualified contractors to provide On-Call Emergency Sewer System Reconstruction and Point Repairs Services throughout the City under Public Works Department. Emergency Sewer System Reconstruction and Point Repair scope will include but is lot limited to: cleaning, televising, and point repair of sanitary sewer pipes at various locations; reconstruction of manhole channel; removal and reconstruction of manhole; adjustment to grade of manhole frame and covers; and miscellaneous appurtenant work. This project also includes timely emergency response to sewer spill in accordance with the City's Spill Emergency Response Plan dated 2024.
Contractors must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience on similar on-call services for municipal or public agency projects.
The term of the contracts resulting from this proposal shall be a two-year term from the date the City executes the contract or until the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 is expended, whichever occurs first. No optional extension periods will be included with this contract.
