SERVICES ARE TO BE PROVIDED ON AN AS-NEEDED, TASK ORDER BASIS TO SUPPORT OPERATING FACILITIES, MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, CAPITAL PROJECTS, AND COMPLIANCE INITIATIVES. THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR MUST FURNISH ALL LABOR, SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS (WHERE APPLICABLE), TRAVEL, DOCUMENTATION, AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE REQUIRED WORK.
