Thornton plans to award this scope to multiple service providers for a five-year term. This scope includes the Thornton Water Project Fiber Optic line, a 70+mile pipeline and fiber connecting Thornton to is Pump Station north of Fort Collins. Service Providers will be needed to maintain and respond to issues throughout this corridor. Verification/documentation/testing of existing fiber optic network per the attached scope. Thornton plans to award this scope to one service provider. Installation of approximately 2.5 miles of 144 pair fiber optic cable and laterals to six buildings in existing conduit along Thornton Parkway. Thornton plans to award this scope to one service provider, and must be complete by December 31, 2026.
