    Description

    The City of Scotts Valley (“City”) is requesting qualifications from qualified firms of the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, certification, and emergency service of fire suppression systems in municipal facilities. The selected firm shall have demonstrated experience servicing automatic fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, backflow prevention assemblies associated with fire protection systems, standpipe systems, fire department connections, valves, and related fire protection equipment in accordance with applicable NFPA standards, California Fire Code, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Experience providing on-call services for public agencies or municipal facilities is highly desirable. to provide on-call fire suppression system inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, certification, and emergency services for fire protection systems located throughout City-owned facilities. for three years beginning July 1, 2026, with the option to extend services for up to two (2) years.
