The City of Carson (“City”) Community Services/Parks and Recreation Department requests written responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors interested in providing the following professional photography services for special and divisional events all as more particularly detailed in the Project Scope and Specifications section below. Events include but are not limited to: Cajun and Blues White Linen Festival, Jazz Festival, Women’s Health Conference, Larry Itliong Day, Country Western Fair, Children’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Faith, Friends & Family Festival, Philippine Independence Day, Juneteenth Celebration, Samoan Heritage Day, Winterfest, Earth Day, Cesar Chavez Tribute, and Memorial Day (the “Events”), City Council meetings and other departmental events as needed.Proposers must provide its qualifications in the proposal. Proposals will include list of professional affiliations and references. Proposal submissions must include an all-inclusive flat hourly rate for services to be provided such as onsite photography and editing. Photos are to be provided within five (5) business days after the event with a downloadable link.This solicitation may result in a single award or multiple awards, at the sole discretion of the City, based on proposer qualifications, expertise, capacity, and the City’s evolving needs. The City anticipates awarding within 90 days of the proposal deadline; however, additional time may be required to complete a thorough evaluation and negotiation process. The intended term of any resulting agreement is 5 years from the commencement date.Refer to the RFP packet for additional details.
