    The Port serves as a steward of the Port complex and is actively engaged in the maintenance, upgrade, replacement, and construction of infrastructure necessary to support efficient, safe, and sustainable terminal operations. This infrastructure includes, but is not limited to, terminal facilities, roadways, rail systems, waterways, and utilities such as water, sewer, storm drain, electrical, and communications systems.To support these capital and maintenance efforts, the Port is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call professional project management (PM) services, as well as project management office (PMO) support services. On-call professional project management will support Port projects across all phases of project delivery, as well as specialized support related to land use initiatives. Project Management office (PMO) support services include risk assessment, sustainability, and lessons learned, and are intended to promote consistency, quality, and efficiency in project execution; support informed decision-making; and help ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting stakeholder and regulatory requirements.
