Responses to this RFQ must be in the form of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), as outlined in this RFQ and as allowed by A.R.S. Section 34-603(C). All information must be provided as requested for all Firm members and their key personnel to be assigned to this project. Firms interested in responding to multiple disciplines must submit a separate SOQ for each discipline you are interested in. Firms can submit on one or all three disciplines but must be in separate SOQs. Wherever the word "Firm" is used in this RFQ, it shall mean each or any of the individuals, firms, partnerships, or corporations submitting an SOQ for performance of the services being sought by the Owner for this project. Wherever the word "Project" is used in this RFQ, it shall mean each plan review/building inspection/civil inspection performed by the firm or the individuals. Wherever the words "Project Manager" is used in this RFQ, it shall mean each or any of the individuals assigned to provide plan review, building inspection or civil inspection services.
