The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of providing inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and emergency response services for pump and motor equipment associated with the City of Glendale potable and recycled water system pump stations. The Contractor shall provide a written service report for each Task Order, documenting the work performed, inspection and testing results, identified deficiencies, corrective actions taken, parts replaced, and recommendations for future maintenance or repair.
