    Description

    The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of providing inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and emergency response services for pump and motor equipment associated with the City of Glendale potable and recycled water system pump stations. Services shall include, but not to be limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, spare parts, specialized tools, equipment, transportation, and skilled craftsmen necessary to inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and return pump station equipment to proper operating condition. Work may be performed at the City’s facilities or at the Contractor’s repair shop, as determined appropriate for the scope of services required. All work shall be performed on as-needed basis through individually authorized Task Orders issued by the City and shall comply with current Cal/OSHA standards and requirements. The Contractor shall provide a written service report for each Task Order, documenting the work performed, inspection and testing results, identified deficiencies, corrective actions taken, parts replaced, and recommendations for future maintenance or repair.
