Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), the City of Deltona seeks to identify surveying firms with substantial experience and capabilities to perform professional surveying services on an open-ended (continuing services) basis.
The City will attempt to award a non-exclusive contract to a minimum of three (3) Firm(s) to provide the necessary services for an initial period of three (3) years. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year renewal terms upon mutual agreement by the awarded Firm and the City of Deltona.
