These prevailing wage rates are available online at http://www.dir.ca.gov/DLSR All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Cynthia Iwanaga at cynthia.iwanaga@morganhill.ca.gov no later than Tuesday, January 27th at 5:00 p.m. The subject line for the e-mail should state, “Roofing Services RFP Questions.” The City will respond to all questions via an Addendum to be posted on the City website. The bidder and any subcontractors must possess any required licenses, and meet insurance and permit requirements of the City, State and Federal governments, as well as all other requirements of the law to perform the required services. This project requires a valid California CSLB contractor’s license in the following classification: C-39 Roofing Contractor
