Be advised, any changes to the due dates listed will only be made by Public Works, in writing, in the form of a Notice to the solicitation. A mandatory proposers' conference will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams Meeting Online Events. ATTENDANCE BY THE PROPOSER OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AT THE CONFERENCE IS MANDATORY. Public Works will reject proposals received from proposers whose attendance at the conference cannot be verified. Attendees should be prepared to ask questions at that time about the specifications, proposal requirements, and contract terms. After the conference, questions or requests for clarification/information may be submitted in writing for a response until Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Proposer must coordinate with the Contract Manager to arrange a date and time of the planned site visit prior to visiting any location. At the time of proposal submission, proposers must meet all of the minimum mandatory requirements listed in Part I, Section I, and must complete Form PW-14, Minimum Mandatory Requirements, to qualify as eligible to perform the services under this contract. Prevailing Wage Notice: The contracted work in this RFP constitutes "public works" as defined in the California Labor Code Section 1720, requiring payment of prevailing wages pursuant to Section 14, Prevailing Wages, of the RFP, Part II, Exhibit B.
