Proposals may not be considered unless so received. Proposals shall include: One (1) original Three (3) printed copies One electronic PDF copy Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing by 10am, August 10, 2026, to Mark Teal, PE at TealE2.Consulting@gmail.com. The City will not respond to any questions received within 10 days prior to August 20, 2026. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all email addresses as an addendum and posted as an addendum on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, on the City website at the following link: https://villarica.gov/departments/finance/purchasing/bid_opportunities.php . Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgate in an addendum.
