    The City of Scotts Valley (“City”) is requesting qualifications from qualified firms of traffic signal and pedestrian traffic control system maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, emergency response, inspection, testing, installation, and related transportation infrastructure services, including traffic signals, pedestrian signal heads, push buttons, countdown timers, accessible pedestrian signal (APS) equipment, detection systems, traffic signal controllers, cabinets, communication systems, and associated electrical components, with demonstrated experience maintaining municipal traffic signal systems in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards to provide on-call traffic signal and pedestrian traffic control system maintenance, repair, inspection, troubleshooting, emergency response, testing, and related support services for City-owned traffic signal infrastructure for three years beginning July 1, 2026, with the option to extend services for up to two (2) years.
