On-Site Security Services – Calendar Year 2026 Elections

The County of San Benito, Department of County Clerk-Recorder - Elections, hereinafter referred to as the "County", intends to secure a contract with a qualified Contractor(s) to The San Benito County Elections Office is seeking qualified vendors to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for on-site security services in support of the 2026 Election Cycle. This will be a short-term contract executed no later than March 2026 and will cover security services for both the June 2, 2026, Primary Election and the November 3, 2026, General Election..

San Benito County ("County") is in the California central coastal area, approximately 30 miles east of Monterey Bay and 45 miles south of San Jose.  San Benito County is one of three counties in the Monterey Bay area, which also include Santa Cruz and Monterey counties.  The County is considered a member of the San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara metropolitan statistical area.  The County is comprised of two incorporated cities and multiple unincorporated communities and several special districts. San Benito County has a population of approximate 67,000 people. The County is primarily occupied by agricultural land, with most of the population centered around the more developed cities. TBD
