    Refer to the Detailed Specifications section of this solicitation for product/service requirements and details. F. Also be certain to download any Attachment(s), or addenda as posted on Workday, which must be taken and considered together with this solicitation, and which are considered a part hereof, the same as if specifically written herein. To ignore or overlook the attachment(s) may result in rejection of the bid submission. A. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the lowest price for the City of Baltimore (City) in accordance with specifications and documents contained herein for acquiring On-site Vehicle Washing for Fleet Vehicles and Heavy-Duty Equipment for the Department of General Services: Fleet Management Division as further described in the Detailed Specifications section of this solicitation. B. The City has a requirement for mobile on-site vehicle washing for commercial vehicles and heavy-duty equipment for multiple city sites. C. The Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, vehicles, parts, equipment, delivery, travel, lodging, employee payroll and benefits, and all other supplies and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to furnishing the products or services specified herein, except where otherwise specified as being the responsibility of the City. D. This is a requirements type contract. Goods or services will be ordered on an as-needed basis over time. The City reserves the right to order additional products/services at stipulated contract prices for one year after Solicitation Opening.
