A Sealed Bid will NOT be held. In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offerer/bidder in relation to pronouncements which meet the criteria of this law should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s).
