Any responses received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement rather than proceeding with this sole-source negotiated contract. This notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals. Responses received will not be considered as bids, quotes, or proposals.The deadline to submit a response to this Notice of Intent is January 26, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific).
