This Notice is being issued because it is SMART’s understanding that the only available source to supply these Original Equipment Manufacturer replacement parts is from Fuji Semec Corp. The estimated value of this Purchase is $80,000.00.If upon review of this Notice, vendors determine that they can legally supply these replacement parts to SMART, SMART requests that those vendors submit a response to this Notice of Intent.Any responses received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement rather than proceeding with this sole-source negotiated contract. This notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals. Responses received will not be considered as bids, quotes, or proposals. The deadline to submit a response to this Notice of Intent is March 20, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific).
