    City of Omaha is requesting bids from qualified companies, herein called Bidder, Contractor, Vendor, Supplier, or other pronouns used in their place, for all work and/or goods set forth in the specifications. SCOPE: This project includes removal of the existing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin Roofing Membrane), replacement of damaged insulation, installation of ½" protection board over the insulation, and installation of a new TPO Roofing Membrane System at Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility 5600 10th St, Omaha, NE 68107. The project shall consist of the administration building roof in its entirety. The project shall consist of both the administration building roof and the operations building roof in their entirety. Anticipated Notice to Proceed date: Monday, 7/13/2026 This bid has an SEB reserve. More information can be found in the Attachments tab in the specifications/project manual. Non-registered SEB bidders are invited to submit bids, but non-SEB authorized bids will only be considered in the event that the City fails to receive bids from SEB authorized bidders. In the event that the City receives a bid from an SEB authorized bidder all non-SEB authorized bids shall be automatically rejected for failing to meet the SEB reserve requirements set forth in the bid specifications, and the SEB authorized bids received will be evaluated for possible contract award. LETTERS OF CREDIT ARE NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE FOR A BID BOND AND WOULD BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF BID. The bid bond amount is listed in the Attributes section.
