    Description

    Facility has the following specific equipment requiring testing: (2) Generator Relays (14) Pad Mounted Switches (15) Transformers Facility will require the following generators for critical buildings (2) 400KW-Bldgs. 1 and 34 (1) 300KW-Bldg. 2 (2) 150KW-Bldgs. 10and 11 Contractor is responsible for obtaining required generators and will ensure generators ore fueled, staged, and proprerly hooked up. Contractor will be responsible for the running and monitoring of all generators. Note-facility does not have any main transfer switches to utilize. Contractor will ensure phase is correct. After test, contractor will remove generators. Facility will not provide fuel unless in emergency. Work will be accomplished during normal work hours, 7:30am-3:30pm and may take more than one day. Contractor will coordinate with MS-III and security to establish a schedule/timeline for securing power to accomplish tasks. Schedule/timeline will be preapproved before any work is to take place. Contractor will perform any repairs, if needed, that can be financially covered with existing contract. Repairs may need to be scheduled for a later date. All equipment is to be serviced using the listed scope of work Contractor to provide generators and contact critical buildings to maintain power during service, may have to be done during off hours. To be coordinated by the facility. Install UL listed infra-red windows in the incoming switchgear cabinets. All work must be bid using prevailing wage Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: O'Connel Electric Company RESA Service, LLC.
