    The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking bids for the Sale of Forest Products – Red Pine ST 33.7 MBF “more or less”, Norway Spruce ST 1.8 MBF “more or less”, Black Cherry ST 1.3 MBF “more or less”, White Pine ST 0.6 MBF “more or less”, White Ash ST 0.1 MBF “more or less”, Hardwood Pulp 25.4 Cords “more or less”, Spruce Pulp 9.2 Cords “more or less”, Pine Pulp 8.9 Cords “more or less” Pine Pulp 4,355 tons “more or less”, Hardwood Pulp 1,255 tons “more or less”, Spruce Pulp 176.4 tons “more or less”. Contract extensions may be granted, at the discretion of the DEC upon written request of the Contractor, when extenuating circumstances exist. No extension shall exceed 12 months in length, and the total length of all extensions shall not exceed 24 months. Requests for extensions shall be made in writing at least 60 days prior to Contract termination date. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None.
